Job description

Overview
We are currently looking for a manufacturing technician to help us build our life and limb saving medical devices. We are willing to train candidates who are interested in working in a cleanroom production environment and working for a company that truly makes a difference.
Responsibilities
  • Work in a cleanroom environment with masks, smocks, gloves and shoe covers
  • Follow written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble a variety of medical devices
  • Evaluate product assembly to company quality standards
  • Complete quality work at acceptable department/production determined rates
  • Work closely with other employees as a team
  • Support manufacturing tasks as required

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures and manufacturing instructions
  • Prior Medical device assembly experience or working with small parts is a plus
  • Entry level positions are available, we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Candidate should have good eyesight, hand dexterity (hand coordination) and attention to detail
  • Able to use small tools, microscopes, and tabletop equipment
  • Able to sit/gown for extended periods during the shift
  • Able to perform frequent repetitive motions
  • Able to work in an environment with low and occasionally increase background noise

Compensation:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
