Job description

Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled Project Managers to join our team. . The Project Manager will perform in a professional position requiring in-depth knowledge of both Combatant and Non-Combatant vessels. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple complex work items, providing status on work item schedule and cost impacts. They are responsible for coordinating multiple subcontractors and organic trade activities to ensure schedule objectives are accomplished. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and the project's scope.
Skills:
The Project Manager is responsible to provide independent, complex analysis, concept formulation and new method identification. Minimum of thirteen (13) years of shipboard repair experience within a Public or Private shipyard (Prior military experience with the US Navy in an engineering or directly related field would qualify).
Must have a minimum of six (6) years' experience managing technical personnel within complex activities or shipboard availabilities.

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
