Job description

Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a shipper with a positive attitude and great work ethic to join our team in Audubon, IA. This individual must be detail oriented to ensure the timely, professional, and economically appropriate shipment, receipt, movement, documention and tracking of all incoming and outgoing orders.

Shipping Duties:

- Determine method of shipment including clear, complete and accurate shipping documents

- Assemble containers, crates and pallets to be shipped to comply with shipping requirements

- Unpack, inventory, label and route goods to appropriate department

- Operate forklift and other shipping equipment to load and unload goods

- Handle shipping exceptions

- Maintain order and cleanliness in shipping/receiving storage areas

- Oversee and maintain stock of shipping supplies

- Other assigned warehouse duties.

Full time benefits available including PTO, paid Holidays, medical insurance, 401k, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 70 pounds consistently

- Must be able to obtain our company's safety & forklift certification

- Self motivated and able to work well with others

- Attention to detail with good organizational skills

- Must be at least 18 years of age; must be able to legally work in US
