Job description

The Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments.
  • Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products.
  • Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment.
  • Enter daily transfers or adjustments.
  • Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines.
  • Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly.
  • Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas.
  • Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.
  • Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, vendor software, and company specific programs.
  • Well-developed organizational and time/task management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;
  • Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Superior internal and external customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.

Pay Range:$17.60 - $25.50 hourly
