Job description

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving SpecialistJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in handling and organizing our seed corn shipments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload shipments of seed corn.
  • Sort and organize products in the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Operate within safety guidelines and job requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Essential Skills
  • General labor experience in production, shipping, and receiving.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for an 8-hour shift.
  • At least 1 year of previous warehouse or production experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • No diploma required.
  • Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
