Shipping Helper Jobs in Iowa (NOW HIRING)

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in handling and organizing our seed corn shipments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided.

• Receive and unload shipments of seed corn.
• Sort and organize products in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality.
• Operate within safety guidelines and job requirements.
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• General labor experience in production, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on feet for an 8-hour shift.
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse or production experience.

• No diploma required.
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.

Work in a temperature-controlled environment requiring the use of gloves, safety glasses, and ear buds. This position is available until mid-September, providing a great opportunity for hands-on experience in a safe and supportive setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Ames, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.25/hr.
