Job description

Job Summary
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for boxing and packaging products and shipping customer orders for clients following approved guidelines. Will assist in order picking, palletizing, simple kitting, and warehouse assistance.
General Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily scanning of products, packaging, and shipping for customer and client orders provided by the area managers and supervisor using the warehouse management system. Strict attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality control processes.
  • Picking products for orders and returning them to inventory if products are not used or orders are canceled.
  • Palletize orders according to instructions and prepare and wrap for shipping.
  • Assist with simple kit assembly and packaging following standardized instructions and training.
  • Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Experience and competence with computers.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.
