We are looking for an experienced, motivated team player and result-driven Shipping & Receiving Clerk. If you have what it takes to perform this job, then we want you in our team!ย 


Essential Duties:

  • Learn and understand the operation of shipping computer software.
  • Pack parts for shipping, tape boxes shut, and weigh packages.
  • Shipping packages using FedEx/UPS or DHL software.
  • Possible use of power hand tools to close boxes.
  • Create shipping labels and packings slips.
  • Scan, File away invoices, purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Open incoming work order packages in QUANTUM system.

Requirements

Experience, Skills and Qualification: ย 


Experience:

Prior QUANTUM experience.

Minimum **2 years of driving experience.

Maintaining accuracy accounting and inventory of all parts.ย 

Assisting with routine part audits.ย 

Organizing and tracking parts. ย 

Shipping, delivering, and receiving part ordersย 


Skills:ย 

Must speak, read and write in English. Spanish is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and highly organized in tasks.

Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills.

Ability to multi-task.


Qualification:

Must have High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum **1 year of work experience in receiving/shipping.

Clean driving record.
