Job description

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This full-time role is perfect for someone with solid computer skills, experience in shipping logistics, and a strong understanding of inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately
  • Schedule shipments with carriers and ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Verify incoming materials and inspect for accuracy or damage
  • Maintain up-to-date records in inventory management systems
  • Use computer software to print labels, update shipment tracking, and manage logs
  • Organize and maintain shipping/receiving areas
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
  • Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
