As a Shipping Administrator, you will ensure smooth handling of all shipping tasks. You will coordinate product shipments, maintain records, and liaise with suppliers and carriers for timely delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and monitoring the shipment of products to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Preparing shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs clearance paperwork
  • Resolving any issues related to shipments, such as delays or damages
  • Responsible for creating picklists to compile all materials for shipments.
  • Converting Picklists to Invoices so all materials can be packaged and shipped.
  • Pulling product from inventory to stage for shipment.
  • Assist in packaging items for shipping when needed.
  • Communicate changes needed on Sale Orders to ensure product ships on-time.

Requirements
  • Possess ample experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Have a good understanding of shipping processes and logistics
  • Be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, multitask and priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • Be proficient in using shipping software and other relevant tools
