Job description

Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Sussex, WI
I'm partnering with a growing machining job shop in Sussex, WI looking to add a Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting both customer communication and shipping/logistics operations.
What you'll be doing:
  • Enter customer orders and product information into the system with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and track inventory to ensure data integrity and availability
  • Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling trucks and carriers
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and questions
  • Work closely with production and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Support general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
