Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish Shipping Supervisor to oversee the shipping operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and deadlines while managing a team and maintaining compliance with safety and operational guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines.
    • Lead, train, and manage a team of shipping associates, ensuring high performance and productivity.
    • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to maintain operational efficiency.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Monitor shipment accuracy, packaging standards, and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels.
    • Ensure proper inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.
    • Use shipping software and ERP systems to manage orders and track shipments.

Qualification:
