OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Receiving Manager to oversee all retail receiving operations across our club's retail outlets. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient receipt, processing, and distribution of approximately $3.5 million worth of merchandise annually, in a refined, customer-focused retail environment.
Key Focus:
• Receive, ticket, and distribute merchandise efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of organization and accountability
• Support seamless retail operations that elevate the club experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving & Merchandise Management
• Oversee daily receipt, inspection, and verification of all incoming retail merchandise
• Ensure all received items are accurately matched against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
• Ticket, label, and organize merchandise according to club standards
• Support the proper storage and flow of merchandise to retail outlets, ensuring timely distribution
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
Vendor & Retail Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and retail buyers regarding shipment status, damages, or shortages
• Communicate proactively to resolve receiving issues swiftly, ensuring product availability and guest satisfaction
• Support retail teams in replenishment and visual merchandising needs
Financial & Administrative Oversight
• Collaborate with Finance to process invoices accurately and support audit readiness
• Maintain organized records of receiving documentation, inventory movements, and compliance files
• Assist with month-end inventory reporting and reconciliation processes
• Team Leadership & Process Enhancement
• Lead and develop the receiving team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and service
• Train staff on receiving procedures, inventory systems, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized receiving environment aligning with club standards
