Job description

The Shipping and Receiving position is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility in Florida. This role involves managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all products are accurately tracked and accounted for. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all shipments are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as this position directly impacts our supply chain efficiency. Ultimately, the Shipping and Receiving team plays a vital role in supporting our operational goals and customer satisfaction.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies.
