Job Description Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Manufacturing Status: Full-time Reports to: Materials Manager Basic Functions Record accurate inventory of incoming and outgoing shipments. Visually inspect carriers and products (incoming and outgoing) for defects. Primary Responsibilities Load outgoing materials.

Unload incoming materials. Properly store incoming materials in designated areas. Stage outgoing shipments in designated areas.

Record accurate inventory of all shipments. Visually inspect carriers for defects, signs of nonconformance, pests, or unsanitary conditions. Receive shipments from carriers (FedEx, etc.)

Training & Professional Development Trained in safe hi-lo operations. Attend training sessions as required to enhance knowledge. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities Safely operate hi-los. Clean and maintain shipping docks. Clean and maintain hi-los.

Remove outdated paperwork from the work area. Shrink-wrap pallets and label with weight, product ID, lot number, quantity, etc. Save paperwork from incoming shipments.

Maintain accurate inventory of all shipments. Qualifications / Job Requirements Knowledge and experience in safe hi-lo operations. Ability to read shipping orders.
