Job description

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Mid-Central Electric is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our manufacturing team in Oregon. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations by ensuring accurate receipt, organization, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
Pay Range: $41,500 - $45,500 annually Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Pull inventory to support production requirements and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Package finished goods according to customer specifications and shipping requirements
  • Verify products and quantities against sales orders prior to shipment
  • Coordinate shipments using approved carriers and shipping methods when applicable
  • Assist in other manufacturing and warehouse areas during periods of lower shipping volume

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency with computer data entry and inventory systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
