Job description

Warehouse Associate

Summit Golf Brands (SGB) is a growing designer and distributor of premium golf apparel, trusted by more than 3,000 accounts across 25 countries. We are hiring a full time Warehouse and Shipping Associate to help keep our operation moving and our product out the door on time. This is active, hands on work with a team that looks out for one another, steady hours, and real room to grow. No prior experience needed. Bring a strong work ethic and a good attitude, and we will teach you the rest.

What You Will Do

  • Pick, pack, ship, receive, and replenish inventory with care and accuracy.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using scanners and warehouse software.
  • Record shipment details such as weights, charges, and any discrepancies for reporting and tracking.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including work orders and bills of lading.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve shortages, damages, or order questions.
  • Keep shipping supplies well stocked and the workspace clean and organized.
  • Move materials safely using a forklift, hand trucks, conveyors, and sorting equipment.

What You Bring

  • Current forklift certification is required. This role involves operating a forklift daily.
  • Comfort working in a busy environment, including mandatory Saturdays.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • The ability to work well on your own and alongside a team.
  • The ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift, push, or pull 40 to 50 lbs.
