Position Overview:

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are responsible for routing inbound and outbound shipments in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Additionally, ensure all paperwork for the shipping & receiving departments is completed, maintain procedure manual & routing guide and train new associates. Back up the warehouse team in all facets.

This position is located at our Neenah, WI warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform all Shipping & Receiving clerk responsibilities.

Billing and creation of BOL's

Manage movement of inbound and outbound trailers to dock door.

Maintain and update procedure manual for the department.

Lead the day-to-day activities of the Shipping & Receiving Department.

Maintain BOL's and close outbound shipments.

Communicate missed appointments to Transportation Team and Shift Supervisor

Attend various meetings and interact with support departments and all levels of management.

Work with DC associates and be able to identify/correct shipping discrepancies, such as picking or packing errors.

Complete transactions in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and Web based transportation management system (Kuebix)

Qualifications:

Previous Warehouse experience.

The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Computer experience required.

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This position is located at our Neenah, WI warehouse and works a 2-2-3 schedule 5:45am - 6:00pm.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.

Potential for exposure to chemicals, heights, loud noises, mechanical equipment, wet environments, and other potential hazards exists.
