- Ensure all planning activities comply with Sarens' SHEQ standards and local legislation.
- Motivate and coach teams to work safely and efficiently.
- Optimize planning of operators, equipment, transport, and travel based on project needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for operators, riggers, and drivers, ensuring clear communication.
- Handle resource rentals and manage invoices and purchase orders according to guidelines.
- Monitor worksheet flow and maintain accurate registration of equipment.
- Approve leave requests and manage absence according to local procedures.
- Participate in departmental meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report to the Planning Supervisor and collaborate with the local management team.
