This is a hands-on installation roleโ€”youโ€™ll be in the field or in our shop most days, working with a small team or independently once trained.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Install wire shelving, closet systems, and storage solutions
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials to fit each space
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Ensure installations are level, secure, and clean
  • Communicate with team members and occasionally homeowners on-site
  • Keep job sites clean and professional
  • Follow install standards so work holds up long-term
What weโ€™re looking for
  • Experience in construction, installation, carpentry, or similar hands-on work
  • Comfortable using basic tools (drills, saws, levels, anchors, etc.)
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow install instructions
  • Strong attention to detail (crooked shelves = callbacks)
  • Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work
  • Able to lift and move materials (50+ lbs at times)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
Nice to have (not required)
  • Closet/shelving install experience
  • Trim carpentry or framing background
  • Experience working in occupied homes
