We are searching for the best talent for Shell Fab Operator.

You will be responsible for:

  • Completes routine tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations unit under direct supervision, and closely follows established standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Follows technical manuals to troubleshoot and verify proper set-up and functionality of packaging equipment.
  • Reports and documents unsafe equipment conditions to higher management.
  • Restocks packaging materials into machines to maximize efficiency.
  • Moves packaging material to different locations on the packaging line.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo
