Job Title: Heat Press Operator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heat Press Operator to join our team. The Heat Press Operator will be responsible for operating a heat press machine to customize uniforms, including adding logos, names, and numbers to the garments. There is no previous experience needed. You will receive full training.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a heat press machine to customize uniforms according to customer specifications.
  • Review customer orders and ensure accuracy of customization, including the placement of logos, names, and numbers.
  • Adjust the heat press machine settings to ensure proper temperature and pressure for each garment.
  • Prepare the garments for customization, including pre-pressing, trimming, and ensuring that they are clean and wrinkle-free.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the heat press machine, tools, and supplies.
  • Keep inventory of supplies and materials needed for the heat press machine.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with the heat press machine, such as temperature or pressure problems, and notify the appropriate team member if needed.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that customization meets their expectations.
  • Meet production quotas and deadlines set by management.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No Previous experience operating a heat press machine is Required. (Full Training Provided)
  • Ability to read and interpret customer orders and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
