Requirements:
Candidate should hold a state certification as a Nursing Assistant, hold a current American Heart Association CPR certification, completing a CNA program leading to a nursing degree, and possessing a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates are also required to have up-to-date identification, a valid driver's license, and appropriate documentation for citizenship if applicable. Additionally, CNAs should provide evidence of their CPR training, a state license or certificate, physical exam results, an updated resume, and a certificate confirming their COVID-19 vaccination.
