Sharp Transportation - CDL-A Company Truck Drivers

Our truck drivers are our best asset. In 35 years of business, Sharp Transportation has grown from a single building and a handful of trucks to a nationwide operation with warehouses and offices throughout the western United States.


Pay and Earnings:
Earn $0.52 to $0.68 CPM

$6,000 to $8,000 Monthly

Experienced drivers earn top pay with our tiered bonus structure:

  • Base Pay: $0.52 to $0.60 CPM based on experience

  • Safety Bonus: $0.02 CPM

  • Production Bonus: up to $0.03 CPM

  • Retention Bonus: up to $0.03 CPM for drivers with past employer tenure More miles and more experience means more money in your pocket.

  • Annual pay increases

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

  • $2,000 retention bonus - paid quarterly over 1 year

  • Paid layover, detention, and breakdown pay

Home Time:

1 day home for every week out

  • 2 weeks out - 2 days home

  • 3 weeks out - 3 days home

How We Run:

  • 11 Western states

  • 10,000 - 13,000+ miles per month

  • Consistent freight - if you want miles, you'll get them

  • Pre-planned dispatch = less time at the dock

  • 2023 or newer automatic trucks (refrigerators + fold-down bunk in every truck)

  • Samsara electronic logs and drive cam cameras

  • Fuel cards covering fuel, DEF, and scale tickets

  • Professional, friendly staff available 24 hours

Freight:

All freight is no-touch, with the exception of cookie loads (hand unload). Cookie loads pay an average of $250 - $300 per trailer unloaded, plus mileage. Utah loads are all pre-loaded - no waiting.
