Dematic Americas' Environmental, Health, Safety Team is responsible for the safety and compliance of installation and project execution of Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation Systems and Parcel Sortation Systems for our customers throughout the Americas Region. In this position, you will be working within a corporate office environment to manage the safety and compliance of installation of material handling, automation, or parcel sortation systems.   • You must be a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Actively pursuing a degree in one of the following: Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Health, Natural Science, Industrial Management
  • Currently a sophomore, junior, or senior.
  • Review existing EHS SharePoint structure (Global or regional) and identify content gaps or navigation issue
  • Build or update key pages (training, incident management, ISO documentation).
  • Create standardized folders for controlled documents.
  • Support cleanup of outdated content and organize permissions where applicable.
  • Prepare a short "handover guide" documenting site layout and update procedures.
  • Training Records Consolidation Across Three Streams
  • Reconcile the various data sets into a single consolidated master file.
  • Identify missing data, discrepancies, or non-standard documents.
  • Produce a validated training matrix for Dematic Americas.
  • Document a proposed repeatable process for ongoing updates.
  • Enhesa Integration Support for Gensuite
  • Assist in mapping Enhesa regulatory content to AMCS obligations.
  • Support configuration activities (e.g., obligation assignment, applicability review).
  • Perform basic testing and compile issues or observations for the EHS team.
  • Draft user reference notes or configuration documentation.
  • Participate in various Future Talent Programming events, such as weekly professional development sessions, a team-based innovation challenge and endless development opportunities
