Job Description:
  • We are looking for a Strong SharePoint resource who has enterprise level experience managing Sharepoint within a O365 environment.
  • If the candidate had experience managing the migration from an on-premise Sharepoint solution to an O365 solution that would be a BIG plus but they HAVE TO HAVE experience managing large Sharepoint farms within an O365 environment.

Top Three Skills:
  • Sharepoint Administration (multiple farms), support, enhancements & user support (40% of role)- 7+ years
  • SharePoint development using JavaScript and helping build work flows (10-20% of role%)- 7+ years
  • Sharepoint O365- migration, support experience. (50% of role)

Nice to haves:
  • Office 365 migration- HUGE plus
  • VMware admin tasks & understanding

Below is a breakdown of the day to day role:
  • Projects/Enhancements/Administration/User Support- 40%
  • Development 10-20% (Javascript, building workflows)
  • Prepping & eventual support Office 365 project- 50%

Upcoming Projects:
  • Office 365 move (18 months), Internal Sharepoint portal- upgrading versions, External stand alone Sharepoint farms- upgrades, converting workflows on-prem to Cloud (Azure)
  • This team works closely together to handle SharePoint Admin, Enhancements, development, user support, migration work & project based work.
  • They are seeking to add a consultant who is comfortable with jumping in on all of this.
  • They are doing the pre-work to migrate to SharePoint O365 this year so would like to bring in someone with that knowledge base & experience.

Some of the nice to have skills:
  • Administrator that has delivered a large enterprise conversion from SharePoint (on-prem) to SharePoint O365
  • Familiarity with various SharePoint related utilities, add-on's, and/or periphery technologies (i.e. Nintex Forms, etc.)
