1. Excellent in communication skills - written as well as verbal

2. Aligned with Microsoft products and having awareness of latest versions

3. Having knowledge of tools and utilities to be used along with SharePoint

4. Well versed with SharePoint online and Office 365

5. Worked extensively on Pre-sales activities, solutioning, project planning etc

6. Should be able to present the same infront of customer

7. Having very good confidence on architecting / designing projects in SharePoint 2010 / 2013

8. Should be able to work with customers independently and provide solutions

9. Having hands-on exp on workflows, all oob features, search engines, reporting services etc

10. Having .Net background and knowledge of IIS, different versions of .net, sound database knowledge

11. Should be able to train other SharePoint junior people and aligned towards learning new things

12. Experience working in onsite offshore team structure and comfortable liasing between the offshore team and client
