The Developer II - SharePoint is responsible for providing technical support for issues related to SharePoint and integration and escalating issues as needed. This position also monitors platform health and manages integration between SharePoint and other systems. The incumbent collaborates with development teams and internal stakeholders for enhancements and additional feature deployment. This role is responsible for creating SharePoint process documentation and managing security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SharePoint users, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution. Provide day-to-day support of the SharePoint Online product offering with special focus on collaboration within and across departments.
  2. Manage and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
  3. Monitor system performance and availability; escalate issues when needed.
  4. Support integration of SharePoint with Office 365 and third-party applications. Recommend and implement new features or integrations to improve collaboration and efficiency.
  5. Handle requests for access, content publishing, and document management.
  6. Support SharePoint migrations, patching, and upgrades.
  7. Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies. Ensure compliance with applicable Healthcare regulations.
  8. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
  9. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding production issues, status updates, and solutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint related tools and technologies.
  11. Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.

Qualifications
Education & Requirement
Required:
  • Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePoint
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution

Preferred:
  • Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementations
  • Experience in integrating SharePoint online with other products and enterprise solutions
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications

Key Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the following:
    • Technical knowledge of SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
    • Technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint solutions
    • Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrations
    • The functional responsibility of understanding business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutions
    • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
    • Applicable data privacy practices and laws
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • This position requires a dedicated and technically skilled individual who takes ownership and accountability and works with little or no supervision

This position is on a hybrid work schedule. (Monday & Friday - remote, Tuesday - Thursday onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.)

Pay Range
USD $104,041.60 - USD $137,841.60 /Yr.
