Location: Raleigh, NC

Client: NCDOT

The NC Department of Transportation Web Services group is seeking an Expert Level SharePoint Design Training Architect for an approximately 12 month engagement on the Department's R&R project. The candidate must have proven experience with developing and delivering training for SharePoint 2013/2016, adult training practices, in addition the person will be responsible for SharePoint page design, applying web parts, wireframes, creation of UI elements, and creation training site templates based on the needs of the NCDOT R&R project. This contractor should have extensive experience creating out of the box SharePoint 2013 sites, SharePoint Designer, video in SharePoint, and using these tools together to create cohesive experiences in SharePoint.

Skills:

Analyze, develop and create training requirements and curriculum for an integrated enterprise platform that will support collaboration, communication and content management

Develop and build training for SharePoint, as well as related systems

Build interfaces powered by the SharePoint 2013/2016 Out-Of-The-Box web parts

Provide knowledge transfer to DOT trainers who will be responsible for long term training delivery

Develop "Quick" Tips and Tricks sheets for end-users which may include written tips and/or video(s)

Create training plans and project schedules associated with training tasks

Creation/editing of list and library-driven SharePoint web-part pages

Design and creation of interfaces for our project participants using HTML and SharePoint

Creation of libraries and lists within SharePoint, based on established guidelines

Collaborating as a dedicated team member and demonstrating the ability to clearly communicate with other team members
