We're seeking a future team member for the role of Shareholder Services Representative I to join our Retail Customer Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Working within the Retail Services department, answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders.
  • Assist with processing financial transactions, provide account information, and respond to client inquiries daily of varying complexity.
  • Provide advanced technical assistance for shareholders' online accounts.
  • On a case-by-case basis, review shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalate matters through appropriate channels when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
  • Track the progress of escalated matters to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior members of the staff. This position does not have direct reports.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
