Position Summary

The Senior Manager, HR Services will play an essential role in managing an evolving HR Services function, defining HR Services practices, managing HR Services compliance requirements, and improving process efficiency with a data-driven and customer centric approach. This role will partner closely with the HR COEs and HR Operations teams in managing initiatives from the planning and design phases through implementation and change management all while accounting for immediate and long-term impact to the partner experience and business productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR shared services processes that encompass the partner (employee) lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and legally compliant

  • Manage the HR Services team to ensure accurate and timely processing of partner (employee) requests

  • Provide effective vendor management to ensure compliance with contractual terms and agreed deliverables as well as proactive identification of enhancement opportunities to meet evolving business needs

  • Design and implement HR Services SLAs, related policies, and training materials for end users

  • Produce and communicate regular metrics to stakeholders and utilize HR Analytics to develop solutions that address pain points and process gaps

  • Oversee HR Compliance, i.e. I-9s, timely-terms, data retention and other areas as assigned

  • Drive collaborative solutioning with HR COE leadership teams to research and implement new HR shared services with seamless workflow integration

  • Conduct annual review of SOPs and ensure all materials are updated and accessible

  • Serve as knowledge expert for the HR Services team on special projects and key HR/business initiatives

  • Research, resolve and communicate appropriate action for complex non-routine HR Services issues

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working across various HR functional areas, strong expertise in LOA, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll

  • 2+ years of people leadership/management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area

  • Proven analytical capabilities; experience developing reporting mechanisms and working with large amounts of data to identify root causes, recognize patterns, and solve complex problems

  • Track record of providing consultative guidance to managers/HR professionals around Leave of Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll

  • Exceptional communication skills: excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and possesses ability to develop executive level reports and presentations

  • Capacity to lead and influence partners and can facilitate action and commitment with partners across all levels, geographies, and backgrounds

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, flexible and demonstrated adaptability to changing business conditions and needs

  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to quickly conceptualize, think critically, and develop framework

  • Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity, and work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting with little direction and without direct supervision

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Proficient Workday skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant area(s)

  • Global HR experience

  • Experience working in multi-unit environments
