Job description

Reporting to the Salon Manager, our shampoo assistants contributes to our mission of assisting our stylist with a variety of task.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients;
  • Ensure client's comfort at all times;
  • Assist stylist with shampooing, color and perm application.
  • Help and launder towels and help with light housekeeping.
  • Develop client relationships to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledge;
  • Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings;
  • Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing;
  • Report damaged equipment to management.
