Maximizing the internship means engaging with your mentors, being punctual and attentive, and seeking feedback whenever possible.

What are Shadowing Interns?

Shadowing interns are individuals, often students or recent graduates, who observe professionals in a workplace to gain practical insight into a specific career field. They typically follow an experienced employee or mentor throughout their daily tasks to learn about job responsibilities, workplace culture, and industry expectations. Shadowing internships are usually short-term and do not involve active participation in work tasks, but rather focus on learning through observation. This experience helps interns decide if a particular career path is right for them and can also provide networking opportunities.
