Now, we're looking for a Survey CAD Technician to join our team! ** Compensation is based on experience. This role will pay between $20-30/hr.**
What You'll Do
  • Create boundary survey layouts, site plans, route surveys, and As-builts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS concepts.
  • Work with LIDAR data, GPS techniques, and 3D modeling to process and analyze survey data.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through detailed analysis, quality control, and reporting.
    Collaborate daily with field crews, surveyors, crew chiefs, clients, and stakeholders-teamwork is key!
  • Take on diverse tasks like public records research, project setups, and data computations to support projects.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as an in-office survey technician/CAD Technician with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-accuracy matters in this role!
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with Trimble Access software is a plus.Utility surveying experience? Even better!
