Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Programmer/Configuration Analyst as a member of our development team to design, build, and implement code/maps for print, email, and SMS communications, and support automated workflows that power our healthcare communications platform. This role will focus heavily on configuring the Uluro platform, developing PowerShell-based automation jobs, and integrating those processes with Titan MFT for secure file movement and orchestration.
The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge systems, scripting, and operations, helping reduce manual work, improve reliability, and ensure audit-ready processing of healthcare communications (print, email, SMS, and data workflows).
Key Responsibilities
Uluro Platform Configuration (Primary Focus)
Configure and manage Uluro (UCompose, USetup) workflows
Map incoming client data to output formats (email, print, SMS)
Support document composition and personalization logic
Integrate Uluro processes with downstream delivery channels
Troubleshoot mapping, rendering, and data issues
Automation Development
Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate:
o File validation (naming, format, counts, integrity)
o Data transformation and mapping
o Report generation and reconciliation
o Notifications and alerting
Build reusable automation frameworks to standardize workflows
Optimize scripts for performance, reliability, and error handling
Titan MFT Integration & Orchestration
Configure and support Titan MFT workflows including:
o SFTP job triggers
o Event-based automation
o File movement and routing
Integrate PowerShell scripts with Titan workflows
Implement logging, tracking, and retry logic
Support secure file transfers (internal and external partners)
Data Processing & Validation
Validate inbound and outbound files for:
o Record counts

Build reconciliation processes between:

o Vendor outputs
o Internal reporting (SQL-based where applicable)
Support audit and compliance reporting
System Integration & Development
Develop lightweight applications or scripts using:
