Job Summary


We are seeking dependable and enthusiastic Custodians to perform general cleaning and floor care in educational facilities throughout the South Nashville and Brentwood areas. This position plays an important role in providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, faculty, and visitors.

Responsabilities

  • Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and common areas
  • Sweep, vacuum, dust, wet mop, and dry mop floors
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Clean windows, doors, and other interior surfaces
  • Pick up debris around building entrances and grounds
  • Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and furniture for school events
  • Perform periodic floor care and carpet maintenance during school breaks
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Must successfully pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check required for school employment
  • Ability to perform physical work, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, and pulling
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic smartphone or computer skills to record work hours accurately
  • Ability to work in a smoke-free, tobacco-free, and drug-free environment

Compensation:

  • $17.00 per hour

Benefits (Full-time Employees)

Benefits become available after the applicable eligibility period and include:
