Immediate Opening-3 Die Press Roller Operator
1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Hourly, non-exempt

A Day In the Life:
Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments, assisting with equipment changeovers.
Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems; reporting production and quality data; reporting decisions made; referring questions to the supervisor.
Ensure operation of equipment by following preventive maintenance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and repairs in a timely manner.
Ability to read rolling orders, blueprints, and mill schedules to determine set-up specifications, work sequences, product dimensions, and installation procedures.
The ability to ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards is critical.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of three die press rolling experience required or 2 years experience with similar machines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
  • Ability to safely use angle grinder
  • Responsiveness and adaptability to changes in the work environment.
  • Solid math skills and knowledge of sophisticated measuring and testing equipment.
  • 3 die press roller operators must understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems as they relate to fixtures and machines.

Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education preferred.
  • Requires lifting up to 50lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reading and walking.
  • Ability to properly read a tape measure.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Overtime required.

All candidates must be able to pass drug test, pre-employment physical, and possible background check.
