Job description

Suncrest Hospice is looking for volunteers as we provide the highest quality care and comfort to our patients and their families! Volunteer sewing opportunities include sewing/knitting “fidget blankets” for memory care patients, “memory bears” made of patient clothing, quilts, and more!

The philosophy of hospice care is to provide comfort and the highest quality of life that one can achieve at the end of life. Through an interdisciplinary team including a nurse, nurse assistant, social worker, chaplain, and volunteer, we help the patient and family walk through their journey.
