About the Role
This position involves coordinating the return of SEW-EURODRIVE products to the Dallas facility for repair, analysis, or restock. The coordinator will schedule repairs and analysis in the most expeditious manner to meet customer needs.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Top five actual tasks being sought for this position:
  • Issue RGA numbers to customers and associates for returned goods.
  • Obtain accurate and detailed information relating to why goods are being returned.
  • Provide accurate quotations for repair and/or restock of returned goods.
  • Coordinate repairs with other SEW employees such and but not limited to SEW-EURODRIVE Sales Service personnel.
  • Assist regional engineering with support documentation.
