Shipping Associate โ€“ Chocolate Factory
Location: Jacksonville

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our chocolate production team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy, quality, and food safety standards are maintained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare chocolate products for shipment
  • Verify orders for accuracy before shipping
  • Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Maintain inventory and assist with stock organization
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality standards
  • Keep shipping and storage areas clean and organized
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Forklift certification is a plus
