ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dessert Artisan (Team Member) at Hampton Chocolate Factory, you'll play a key role in creating memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences for every guest. You'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to each shift-whether you're preparing treats, working the register, or engaging with guests.
In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll work side-by-side with your team to ensure high standards of service, product quality, and store presentation. From learning recipes to mastering daily routines, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment that thrives on excellence and hospitality.

  • Lead by example to help new hires build confidence and adopt best practices aligned with Hampton's service standards.
  • Support team goals by staying focused on service, speed, quality, and teamwork throughout each shift.
  • Participate in team huddles and communicate store updates with energy and clarity.
  • Represent Hampton Chocolate Factory with professionalism, hospitality, and a team-first mindset on every shift.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, desserts and sharing knowledge with others.
  • 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced food & beverage or hospitality environments; experience in desserts or pastries is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Demonstrated ability to support new team members through clear instruction, patience, and encouragement.
  • Passionate about learning and development-with a drive to grow personally and help others grow within their roles.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent in modeling company standards and daily operations.
  • A team-first mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to give and receive feedback constructively, always focused on improvement and support.
  • Strong attention to detail when following and teaching operational procedures, food safety guidelines, and service standards.
