Job description

Join a collaborative, energetic team at the brand-new Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to help us launch this new location and build a positive, team-oriented store culture from the ground up.

As a Chocolatier and Retail Sales Associate, you will work closely with your teammates to deliver exceptional customer service and premium handcrafted treats. Whether you are collaborating on the sales floor or learning the art of candy making, you will be part of a supportive, fast-paced, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Greet guests, share product samples, and work with the team to guide customers to the perfect treat or custom gift basket.
  • In-Store Theater (Candy Making): Learn the art of assembling and hand-dipping our signature gourmet caramel apples and seasonal items alongside your teammates.
  • Merchandising: Collaborate on keeping display cases, retail shelves, and grab-and-go sections fully stocked, beautifully organized, and properly rotated.
  • Store Operations: Efficiently operate the POS system, process cash and card payments accurately, and support team members during busy hours.
  • Shop Maintenance: Work as a team to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment in compliance with local food safety standards.
