The role

Settlement Officers work qualified inbound leads — no cold prospecting. You consult with taxpayers who have already reached out, assess their situation, and enroll them in the right program. You own the client through both the Phase 1 investigation and the Phase 2 resolution, and you're paid on both. Our in-house case management team handles the resolution work so you stay on the phone.


What you'll do

  • Consult with inbound leads by phone; assess tax debt, filing status, and financial position
  • Present and close Phase 1 and Phase 2 agreements
  • Collect fees and set up payment arrangements
  • Manage your pipeline and follow-up in our CRM (Logics)
  • Hit daily activity and monthly revenue targets

What we're looking for

  • Phone sales experience — tax relief, debt settlement, or another consultative high-volume environment
  • Strong objection handling; comfortable closing on the first call
  • Organized, coachable, competitive
  • Bilingual English/Spanish and Logics experience are a plus

Compensation & benefits

  • $80,000 – $400,000(hourly base + tiered uncapped commission on Phase 1 and Phase 2)
  • Daily spiffs and monthly cash bonuses
  • Paid training
  • Full-time, on-site in Irvine — Monday–Friday, 40 hours
