Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyzing First Destination Survey data aligned with NACE standards
Evaluating outcomes by major, industry, internship participation, and key variables
Developing dashboards and reports to communicate trends and insights
Analyzing employer engagement trends and hiring outcomes
Evaluating internship pipelines including credit and non-credit experiences
Assessing ROI for career programs and events
Identifying trends and gaps in student engagement and access
Providing data-informed recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a graduate program at Seton Hall University
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
