Job Description Process Technician/Injection Molding Job is in Gladewater, Texas. Monday - Friday Pay $18.00 hr. to $23.00 hr

Depends on experience. 8.5 to 9 hours perday. 1 Maybe called upon to act as shift supervisor

2 Maybe called upon to act as QA inspector. 3 Help train machine operators to work instructions and defects. 4 Set-up molds and processes.

5 Inspect parts being produced to find problems before they become quality issues. 6 Maintain basic day to day trimmer operations. Lubing, punch, die and blade changes, etc.

7 Maintain blow molding, injection molding and process equipment. Keep them clean and organized. 8 Maintain blow molds and injection mold cleaning and lubing.

9 Help Material Handlers when needed. 10 Support QA's when problems with molded parts arise. 11 Document process conditions and compare to approved process.

12 Seek out safety issues and report them immediately. 13 Participate in and suggest ideas for continuous improvement and cost reduction ideas. 14 Practices self-improvement and self-discipline.

15 Be proactive rather than reactive in your assigned areas. 16 Comply with all company policies. 17 Maintain a clean, efficient and organized work area.

18 Knows and understands the Quality Policy. 19 Requires little or no supervision of work performed. 20 Responsible for communicating with and taking all rejected plastic parts that have been molded in your assigned section directly to the shift Supervisor for disposition.
