Job Description Mold Setter-Injection Mold Machine Looking for someone strong and responsible that wants to train to be a mold setter for a Plastic Mold Machine. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. MUST PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK Position Summary: Sets up and maintain injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials.

Responsible of maintenance of injection processes to meet standard cycle times and quality requirements. Experience and knowledge of proper operation of injection molding press, material handling equipment and ability to operate a forklift. Responsibilities Performs mold changes Install dies on machine according to work order specifications Responsible for molding machine set up including ancillary equipment as related to the molding process Ability to properly handle material, molded products, and related inventory control Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds, and tooling Responsible for completing Mold Setup and Resin Change Checklists Assisting in modification of existing procedures and creation of new standardized work procedures Process molding parameters to achieve quality parts and optimized cycle times Need someone strong and responsible.

Mon-Fri 7:00a to 3:30pm Pay $15.00 hr. if no experience. Someone with experience could make more.
