A well-established, high-volume hospitality group in Washington, DC is currently seeking a strategic, metrics-driven General Manager to oversee fiscal and daily operational performance at an upscale American Bistro concept. This role requires an operational leader who excels in P&L management, prime cost optimization, and strategic labor scheduling.
