The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at Hundredfold American Brasserie, an exciting new dining destination opening this fall in Atlanta, GA. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic culinary leader to play a key role in launching the restaurant, building a high-performing culinary team, establishing operational excellence, and creating a strong kitchen culture from day one. As Hundredfold prepares to make its debut, the Executive Chef will help shape the vision, guest experience, and long-term success of one of Atlanta’s newest culinary destinations.

As Executive Chef, you will oversee all back-of-house operations, including culinary production, quality assurance, financial performance, inventory management, and team development. This role requires a strong focus on teaching, training, and mentoring culinary talent while driving consistency, efficiency, and exceptional execution throughout the kitchen.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Provide strategic leadership for all back-of-house operations, overseeing culinary production, food quality, sanitation, inventory management, and service execution to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing culinary teams through hands-on coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.
    Execute and uphold the culinary vision, standards, and recipes of Celebrity Chef Tim Hollingsworth, ensuring consistency, quality, creativity, and authenticity across all menu offerings.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, health department requirements, and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe and well-managed culinary operation.
  • Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the kitchen, including invoice processing, scheduling, labor tracking, food and labor cost management, inventory control, purchasing, and workforce planning.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, employee development, coaching, corrective action, and performance reviews to build and retain a strong, engaged culinary team.
  • Partner closely with front-of-house leadership and key stakeholders to deliver seamless service, operational alignment, and an elevated guest experience.
More about you
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end American brasserie environment.
  • Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred but not mandatory; ServSafe Manager and Food Handler certifications preferred but not mandatory; to be completed within a period of time
  • Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding of P&Ls and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
