This is a Full-time position requiring flexible hours during the weekdays (11am-7pm) and every other weekend (7am-3pm) and does require a current ServSafe Manager certification.

Culinary Supervisor qualifications include:

  • Current ServSafe Manager certification
  • 1 year of Supervisory experience in Culinary services
  • 2 years of experience working in health care setting
  • Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
  • Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred
  • Strong knowledge of menu execution and compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
