We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Clubhouse Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team.
As the Clubhouse Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our dining room, bar, and patio areas. You will blend top-tier hospitality management with business savvy to create a welcoming, upscale environment for our members. If you love mentoring a team, building lasting relationships with guests, and executing flawless service, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Floor: Oversee daily shift execution, greet members by name, and ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build a Top-Tier Team: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated front-of-house hospitality staff.
  • Manage the Business: Control labor costs, monitor inventory, optimize menus, and manage the food and beverage budget.
