Job Title:Rehab Services ManagerDepartment:University Hospital | Rehabilitation Services, Acute Care


The Rehab and Outreach Manager ensures that daily operations support departmental and organizational quality, compliance and financial objectives. This position provides input for program development and provides leadership in the area of acute care rehabilitation services, including, but not limited to, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, audiology, and therapy support services. Responsible for managing the clinical operations, personnel, multi-disciplinary patient care and quality initiatives, research and educational enterprises; contractual agreements; overseeing public relationships, marketing, and budgets, participating in a broad range of operational decision-making affecting Acute Rehab, participating in strategic planning efforts with the Director; and implementing policies and procedures. The Manager will work collaboratively with the other members of the Rehab Services leadership team and staff to achieve the mission and vision.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy or related field is required. Masters/Advanced degree is desired. Current State of Ohio License in Occupational Therapy is required. Demonstrated skills and abilities to permit independent functioning within the regulations and guidelines provided. Computer literacy and the working knowledge of Microsoft Office, required.
